The location is very nice
Merhfach I had problems with key card, which were fixed, but I would have liked a little more support and wish above all less stupid comments. In addition, there was no hairdryer in room

My friend and I were attending the Ascot Races during our recent visit. We found the location of the hotel relative to Ascot as well as the train station for activities on other days to be very accommodating. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was a bit small but turned out to be quite functional and not an issue. Service at the hotel bar both for drinks and a light meal was really good. The bartender was helpful with wine selection and was fun to talk with.
