Clean and convenient

After staying in typical rooms all over the UK, it was comforting to stay in a larger room with amenities like a usual American hotel: a bath/shower area with a shelf for my toiletries next to the sink (important); hangers in a large wardrobe; air conditioning plus windows that open to allow fresh air; electric kettle with coffee, teas, and bottled water; an iron in the room; and a hair dryer that actually reaches long enough to allow me to see in a mirror while drying my hair (important!). Excellent location for Terminal 3 at Heathrow. The hotel will arrange a taxi servie to the airport for a flat rate of 10 pounds per car. I stay every year at this hotel before my flight home in the early AM.

Location was most important, but the room was comfortable and well-appointed.

The comfort and locality to the airport was very very good. The stay made my onward journey less tiring.

Car park spaces have limited room, but this is only because I have a large car.
