Nice big, comfortable room and proximity to Wembley Stadium, excellent shower, free parking and free wifi
It was too hot in the room and had to have the air conditioning on all the time. Also only one flat pillow each.

The staff were very helpful and willing to sort out any problems and answer any questions. If they didn't know the answer, they took the time to find out. My room was large, bright with coffee/tea making facilities. Very comfortable!

Totally Overpriced for service available compared to much better facilities at other hotels in the same area.Checkin system inflexible plus Language barrier in some instances.Exterior of the building very shabby and untidy plus stolen luggage/contents and old matresses dumped at the rear of the hotel adjacent to some parking spaces. Decor and finish in rooms very old (dirty nets at the window)bathroom in need of some repair, telephone not working.
