We were out most of the time during our stay so didn't really see much of the hotel operation. However what we saw we were happy with. Of course there was no football on at Wembley stadium during our stay, so it was nice and quiet. The Rail link to Marylebone London, being just near to the hotel was a real plus!

We went sightseeing into london with family visiting from abroad

The booking had been mixed up so we only had 1 family room instead of 2. I was alos unhappy with the breakfast. I felt they were unable to cope with the deman and i had to keep asking for cups and top up of bread and other foods. Unfortunately my husband's slice of bread was also mouldy. I pointed this out to the waiter. No apology given. I would recommend the hotel but perhaps not the breakfast

Location for cup final

Reception staff could be more pleasant. Three thin pillows for a double bed not good enough. Curtains did not fit window allowing early morning daylight in. Hotel bar limited and expensive.
