My wife & I stayed here 2 weeks ago while our daughter was in training at the Academy in Harrow & the Jury's Inn was perfect for our needs & of course as soon as our daughter passed her training we immediately booked for her to stay here the night before flying out of Heathrow Airport the next day.
Yes, charlie the young chap at the reception went out of his way to accommodate my Daughter at such short notice, what an absolute asset to Jury's Inn, the very next day in my office staff meeting i actually mentioned that young mans actions & said if only we all could be as understanding as charlie Ricketts.

Excellent....clean...v comfortable beds
One little issue....I asked for a wake-up call on Sun morning (due to time change)but it didnt happen .... had to get a taxi to Warner Studios as we missed the bus !!!
