Main reason for choosing Viking Hotel Waterford: Location

Location very good and the food in the hotel was excellent
Too much noise and roaring and shouting at 4 in the morning. Security staff was called but could not even entre room of next door to quiten the noise. Staff in bar were very pushy to costomers waiting for meals as he needed seating

Helpful staff and adequate accomodation for me and my daughters. Though we stayed for only one night we were impressed by the hotel in general.

Very comfortable room, good facilities, helpful staff.
With the new toll road around Waterford, the hotel is a bit difficult to find. We ended up paying a toll and back tracking to find it. There need to be directions around this to get one onto the old highway where the hotel is.

The receptionist was very friendly, funny and helpful. She made us relax the minute we arrived.
Larger beer on tap wasn't the best, it tasted watery.

What I needed for my stay there was taken care of. ( Parking, wi fi, comfort & peace)

The helpful lady (Spanish?) with spectacles and dark hair at reception was patient and answered all my questions. This saved me time & stress.
Only that I could not open the balcony door?
