Rooms were clean and neat.
On arrival, it waas scruffy with the garden untidy and not tended at all, there is a large ashtray which was full to the brim at the entrance. We asked if they were doing dinner and they said Yes, when we went to the Resturant it was closed and we had to go to the other side of the a lake for a meal.

We loved the quiet night and morning (no noise, cooking, cleaning efemme, noisy customers) We loved the breakfast room and warm people who deal with the functioning of the hotel.
