Bien isolée sur la plan acoustique
emplacement central de l'hôtel, proches des boutiques, parcs et espaces culturels de Vichy
personnel de la restauration très aimable et courtois
Le personnel de la réception est un peu froid et distant
il ne se lève pas à l'arrivée du client au desck et ainsi imprime une certaine distance avec le client

Good location, parking free.
Old room, only a double bed and a sofa and no single beds, no information at the reception desk about hotel or facilities whatsoever (for instance about the spa that is located next to the hotel and to which apparently guests of the hotel have (free?) access), unfriendly staff.
