The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Venice

Although this hotel is the second stay, it is a very good hotel. For enjoying Venice, a location is also the best.

The Gritti is located in the best possilbe location in all of Venice. If staying in a hotel noted for its history is a part of your Venice adventure, by all means choose the Gritti Palace for your first trip. The staff was excellent in offering advice and arranging sight seeing tours. The only sour note was the cost of services but it is all relative to the unique Gritti experience.

With the right rate there's no reason not to stay here. It's comfy, clean, and in a wonderful location. The decor is fabulous and if you know your way around Venice or not, you can find anything. Really enjoyed our stay there. Just wonderful.
