Excellent reception by one of staff (Neda) - practical, helpful
Clean comfortable room
Tea/coffee provided
The hotel had absolutely no character - decoration, flowers, music, life
The offer of a tea room is a plus but the tea room was unpleasant to be in - nothing welcoming
For the price paid for the hotel room wifi and drinking water should be included. it is irritating to be charged for wifi.
i thought he hotel was overpriced and even more so considering its location

A very comfortable friendly hotel rooms and bathrooms a high standard. We would stay again.
One of the few hotels in Venice to offer single rooms and the rooms were a good size and did not feel second best.
Unfortunate about the canal work outside when we were staying.
