The Concierge service is very personal and they seem to be on top of every request. I would return to this hotel in Venice for any future visit. Once we had re-organized our room for a promised lagoon view, the staff never missed a beat. A charming experience and very good location. Stunning views.

The location is very nice. We could go to everywhere on foot or by boat easier.
Breakfast is good, and dinner also.
We spent a room with city view but we did not want to open the window because the outside was a dark back street. So the room was very dark.
