Home chalheureux. Calm.
Decoration. The rooms are outdated. No shelves in cupboards. Antiquated bathrooms and hairdryer not powerful enough. Towels cotton, not terry. They look like rags. Breakfast: orange juice powder. Jams worthy of 2 stars. We were disappointed given the price and number of stars.

Excellent hotel, high quality throughout, exceptional staff, friendly and helpful atmosphere.
Excellelent Restaurant, food excellent and good value by Venice standards. A special mention for Fillipo, perhaps the most attentive and cheerful waiter I have ever encountered a truely nice person.
