Good value for money, but carpet on the stairway was worn through & shabby not what one expects from a 4 star hotel. I have stayed at this hotel regularly over the last 15 years & I know that they can do better.

The bath is very very small. It was hard to me to get my hands strethed down and up. Besides that. the hotel is very nice.

It was our last night in Italy (we were in several concerts in Cremona and in Milano, our grandchild plays the violin in the orchestra called The Helsinki Strings) and it was luxurious to spend it at your hotel. We chose your hotel because of its location at a good price.
