The free airport shuttle service was excellent
The smell of cigarettes throughout the hotel was simply disgusting. Quite noisy due to the rather massive atrium design. Very basic rooms.

The staff was so extremely helpful, especially with my two heavy luggage. Did not want any tips !
I was extremely pleased with the courtesy with the shuttle driver back to the airport and his helpfulness with my
Luggage.
The restaurant that is part of the hotel....great dinner and the morning buffet was excellent.
