Good clean hotel. Very little English spoken. Very far from Exhibition center but has good tram and bus connections. Has a chicken coop / farm at rear so could get noisey in the morning. Security is very good (key code entry).
Employees try to help where they can.
Chicken farm at rear. A little expensive for the hotel.
