La gentilezza del personale, la comodità, si trova infatti in pieno centro e la pulizia.
La colazione è abbondante ma ci sono le macchinette automatiche per il caffè, il capuccino, ecc.. Se uno lo chiede però gli viene preparato in cucina il caffè o il capuccino ecc..Secondo me le macchinette automatiche possono andar bene in ufficio o per un meeting di lavoro non certo per servire la colazione, che quindi uno si deve fare da solo, in un quattro stelle!

Good location, clean rooms with good service.
We booked sauna in Salon beauty, but when we visit it was cold. New Year's Eve at the top neighbors flooded the bathroom, the administrator said, wait until morning. Arriving in the evening in the hotel can't put the car in the parking lot, because everyone was full. And many other details. We enjoyed our stay; however on the Sunday, we had to complain that our room had not been cleaned/made-up when we returned at 6.00pm; we also were a bit unhappy with breakfast in that we felt the bread was stale!

We found your staff very helpful and pleasant
No, not really - however we did feel that the hotel needed a general refurbishment soon - some poor fittings in the bathroom, the lights could not be controlled at one of the bedside consoles, the lifts were squeeky and the doors were damaged at their base. All small details. One thing would have been nice to have chairs to sit and read in situated in the bedrooms, or a visitor lounge where one could read/write letters quietly.
