Zimmer und Lage entsprach Erwartungen und war gut mit 3 fast erwachsenen Kindern bewohnbar! Alle weiblichen Mitarbeiter des Personals sind extrem zuvorkommend.
90% des männlichen Personals ist extrem überheblich! Der Preis der Parkgarage im Vergleich zum Zimmerpreis ist überhöht.

I stayed just one night to catch a flight and of course the bedroom was ok, dinner and breakfast also.
I think that the business desk area, if open, should have a person there. I called someone at the desk and was very well attended, but the deserted place does look bad. Also the entrance to the swimming pool is very poor and again no one to attend. Hilton is a star hotel and must keep this service.

Hotellista sai ainoan mahdollisen vapaan huoneen. Jos olisimme tienneet, kuinka ynseää ja palvelualtitonta henkilökuntaa hotellissa on, olisimme jatkaneet kellonajasta huolimatta keskustaan. Huone maksoi yli 300 e yöltä, eikä edes aamiainen kuulunut hintaan. Lisäksi kylpyhuoneessa haisi home. Henkilökunnan kielitaito surkeaa.

Close to the airport terminal and convenient
Large spacious and comfortable room
Waited long at the desk for check in
No breakfast included in the room price which is extremely high for the quality
water leaking from the shower to the bathroom floor
No teaspoons in the room for coffee. No milk either !!!
Not clear where shuttle service can pick you up to bring you to the hotel upon arrival despite me calling the hotel to ask. I had to take the train shuttle

It was a nice hotel and the room was well appointed.
The same bottle of wine was 34 (or 36) Euros in the bar and we were charged 59 in the dining room. Was not happy about that.

I really enjoyed the welcoming and warm reception by the staff, the ambience and comfort of the Hotel and the high quality of food and drink. I travel to France every year on business and will definitely use the Hilton again.
