We were given an upgrade which is always pleasing. Our room was lovely. We forgot a small bag and the hotel staff have been very helpful in returning to us, although it hasn't arrived yet.
The dining room was disappointing in design and service. We had breakfast there. Staff welcomed us but after that we were left to get on with it. Room was rather drab. Would recommend the hotel but would suggest people eat out.

This hotel is in Tours, a historic city. The hotel itself has a long history too. The stay in this hotel is interesting from that angle. The room is large, clean and well maintained, considering its age.

The hotel is located in central Tours, very convenient. We drove to the city as first time visitors and could find the hotel easily.
The car park is a bit dark and dirty.
