Seems well that there should be a minimum of English-kunskapen among the staff!!

All the Staff were very obliging and helpful. The room was reasonably comfortable but missed an extra chair (2 bedded).

On the first night when it rained heavily the roof leaked and water dripped directly onto my pillow and so I was unable to sleep there. I was offered another room which smelled of smoke and dampness. To save inconvenience I alone moved to this room as it was too late in the evening to repack our luggage and my wife had already gone to bed. Thus I had to leave my wife to sleep on her own and we were not then close to our friends who were in adjoining rooms. On the following morning the water supply failed and so the toilet was not abled to be flushed. In addition we found the room very noisy because of the wooden floor and some of the corridor walls in particular were in poor decorative order. You advertise a swimming pool on site but this was in no condition to be used.

We arrived late evening so were not aware of the full beauty of the location until the morning.

It was listed in the area of PLASENCIA but was actually 40 km away. We were en route from UK to the Algarve so it was very difficult and tiring to find. Once located it was a very pleasant surprise.
