FATAL !!!!! We arrived and we had one family room as we, had a bed of 1.35 for two adults and one child. We had to leave the hotel and did not fit in the room and having paid. We are now in the hopes that the hotel send us a check for the amount of room, since we do not want money back then. If they could intervene and who sincerely is that we had a very bad having to go to other hotels Room request very late at night and with two children because this hotel is not booked us the room we requested and needed. Thanks
