The stunning views and the courteous dining room staff. I recommend this hotel only because of the view.
The abrupt and rude staff from the reception desk. They are dismissive and not service oriented at all! I gave the staff a rating of 4 because it was an avaerage between the 8 for the serving staff in the dining room and the 0 I would give the staff at the reception desk and the managing staff in the dining room. Given the rating of this hotel this was a complete surprise. Also we stayed in several Paradors and the food is boring and more boring after you realize in the second one that the menu will be more or less the same always from one to the other. The food is mediocre.

The location of this parador is exquisite. Enjoyed our one night stay very much. The Sunday breakfast buffet was very good.

Staff were relatively unhelpful. A bit intimidating as they seem not to care about guests. All other 5 star hotels in Spain had relatively friendlier staff

The location. A beautiful view like several of your location.
I feel the people and their skill could be improved.
