Maybe the location
To be a 5 star hotel, missing many details, bath gel and shampoo only had pillows and bed were soaked. When we reached the hotel there was no one at reception, all I did not think of a 5-star hotel, I would say 3.

Very well located and comfortable hotel. The hotel is just steps from the historical district. Toledo is a wonderful city to visit and the Fontacruz Palacio Eugenia de Montijo is a great place to stay.
