Well, what only the central location at the Old Town.
The rooms are clean with respect to Equipment and lower average, the breakfast is a disaster with the cheapest offer, mass merchandise intended for bus passengers. The breakfast room is dirty, dogs are allowed at the buffet. The attached spa area is free of charge for hotel guests only usable up to 11 clock in the morning. After that hefty fees are due. No more.

Otherwise the hotel and stay very good!.
We were told that both the department was closed during our stay there. This, I think we should have been told in advance, admission to the bath department was in our agreement. We received no compensation in relation to this.

Convenience to Old Town Tallin and helpfulness of reception staff and especially the Conscierge - A very polite and happy individual. Nice touch in room on arrival, of two chocolate cakes and a chocolate dipped strawberry on a plate saying 'Welcome'

Location near to Old Town, bus station and port/harbour.
Not too much of an issue but could have supplied coffe only sachets instead of coffee, milk and sugar mixed sachets. Maybe also the small packs/pots of milk that you find in Travelodge or Premier Inn in the UK.

Comfortable room, good air conditioning system. Rich breakfast.
