Personale cortese sia alla reception che alla colazione. Molto silenzioso.

La stanza non aveva un armadio ma una nicchia a vista con un'asta per appendere i vestiti. Neanche una cassettiera. Colazione normale con pancake freddi non molto buoni.

L'hôtel est moderne, spacieux et sympa, la réception est accueillante, les chambres sont bien équipées

1.la désorganisation du petit-déjeuner : le service court partout mais n'est pas efficace : pas de pain pendant 15 minutes à 9h du matin, pas de bols, pas d'oeufs brouiles dans le plat de service ... c'est pourtant si facile. 2.une seule petite ampoule pour éclairer le couloir et les éviers des toilettes près de la réception ... et une toilette vraiment "crade"

Parking payant et excessivement cher. Ayant séjourné dans plusieurs Novotel dans le monde,seul ceux de Suresnes et de Courbevoie ont des parkings payants et des chambres étouffantes malgré le réglage de la température, il y fait une chaleur suffocante et très désagréable.
