The hotel is outside the center of Berne and closest to the sites of my interest and drive, that were in INTERLAKEN, LAUTERBRUNEN And GRENDELWALD. The kitchen of the hotel is very good, with good variety and care Prepare honest prices.
As is apparently a hotel that has been growing over time, there are several units around that have been aggregated and is not being well cared for external painting and cleanup.

The location was good for us as it was near to the area of Berne we were visiting so to be central was not a necessity this time. Unfortunately there was a problem with the heating when we were there but the staff were very good at keeping us informed.

A really nice place, tidy and comfortable, not so far from Bern. Maybe a little noisy for the rooms facing the road.

The rooms are cosy and large, the bathroom was full of ligh, everything had been cleaned and dusted carefully.
A small qui pro quo about the price of the rooms, which could not be settled since the lady on charge hardly spoke English (nor French or Italian), and I don't speak any German
