Hotel very well located, although not very easy to find when we come to St Remy, coming from Marseille. reception service attentive but very young, without much information, like, an Expo was going on Picasso and Cezanne in AIX, and nobody had heard even talk! cleaning tb left something to be desired, they forgot to replace glasses, and very weak vacuum under the beds. It takes great care to verify the account it was charged with petit dejeuner a + that + # the total was from almost 80 euros for 2 apts. Still, I recommend the hotel as this type of problem is common: cheap labor.

Room for such a miserable hotel. Poor finishing and old furniture to make the finish is not good. Pool old and ugly, no place for relaxation, all as sardines around the pool with lots of noise and absolutely no resting places, old, hard bad beds, resolving with a soft pillow.

The public areas of hotel were very beautiful, but our room was not up to the standards of a 4 star hotel. Bare white decor, motel like sliding closet doors & a tiny, tiny bathroom. We did enjoy our lovely terrace, though. Service was extremely uneven, save one lovely young woman at the front desk. We had to cut our trip short due to an illness of a family member, she was the only one who treated us with any sort of care. Use of very strong fragrances throughout hotel, made us wonder what was being covered up!
