It was an excellent hotel with very friendly staff. We felt like home. We utterly enjoyed our stay at Languard and we will for sure go again.

Bad experience.we arrived at 21;40, front door was closed ,we were told that because we are late we should wait with patience. I told her that check in time is till 2200hours. we have to wait 15 minute outside with children,especially 2 year old very upset & uncomfortable.we have not been offered any extra mattress or pillow or blanket.there was no management at night time, an other guest came twice at 2230 to our room , very aggressive that why ur baby is crying in 5 minute interval. there was no management to control him his partener took him away.we have been charged extra 90 swiss franc for children without providing any facility
