The location. Excellant for touring and shopping.

The rooms are basic but when you shut your eyes you could be anywhere.

The standards are high in all Campaniles

IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND. You must give better instructions for locating your Hotels The Police Car had to show us finally NB No prawns in the buffet

Very comfortable and clean. The bath was especially welcome.

Car park was being resurfaced and no competent alternative had been arranged.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

Clean comfortable bed and very helpful Staff

Our room had not been cleaned properly. There were the previous occupant's crumbs on the floor beneath the desk, and under the bed hadn't seen a hoover for some time - or the cleaner would have found the plastic elephant that I found. The sink had also not been cleaned. The receptionist apologised and found me another room. This was a lot cleaner, though under the bed had still not been done for a while. It shouldn't be difficult with the wooden floors that you have. At dinner we opted for the cooked meal; we would have had the salad plate but it was half empty by 19.30 and did not look particularly appetising.

Shame there was only one spare pillow - the 2 of us sleep with 2 pillows each and the hotel refused to provide one more.

At 19pm in a room the beds were not made. We had booked rooms deus with a double bed, we had one with two beds.
