Staff efficiency and helpfullness
Price but this was probably due to the Boat show being on at same time. My general experience is that prices are generally lower. Maybe consider rewarding previous clients with discounted prices??

Close proximity to coach station and berth for ship. Good breakfast. Excellent value for one night stop over.
High bath was a concern, also one did not notice sign about getting non slip bath mat from reception until in the shower/bath - they should be in the bathroom as the norm.

LOCATION---Convenience for the ship.The lady on the bar [JULIE] was very good,service exceptional and made you very welcome
Being woken up at 01.30am [twice] by the FIRE ALARM.This had been occuring all week but when questioned at desk was told new problem yet nobody did body count or assemble outside.The 2nd item was not enough DISABLED rooms, so I could not have a bath or shower, has I could not get into bath has it was too high

Abbey on reception was very helpful when I asked to change rooms. The lady serving the food was friendly and helpful even though she was on her own at times and you could see she was busy. Nice clean bedroom and the bed very comfortable.
The milk used in the bedroom for tea/coffee did not taste that good.
