Front desk person was fluent in English, which is a great help as a non-Italian speaker. We had to leave at 05H30 in the morning to catch our planes. Front desk person was reliable and had the taxi ready sharp at 05H30! Very nice room and bath room layouts. A nice hotel....

The room was basic but clean with TV , hair dryer and toiletries in the bathroom. There is a small cafe serving sandwiches and coffee which was reasonably priced. We arrived at 2am from a late flight. Although the hotel is very close to the airport it cost €15 for a taxi. The hotel operates a free shuttle bus to the airport but only at certain times.
Given our late arrival we were looking forward to relaxing round the pool before heading into town for our train. Hotels are usually very amenable to using their facilities once you have checked out (especially if you are buying drinks and food). The receptionist chased us telling us we could not sit by the pool. When we explained our late flight and need to relax she said on this occasion she would let us sit there but only if we were quiet. As a couple traveling without children I am not sure what noise she thought we were going to make!

We had a nice clean family room with 2 huge double beds. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. We used the indoor pool every day. All good, we opted for room only and only had breakfast on a couple of days which was quite expensive but very good. The hotel offer really useful courtesy transport to the airport, Verona centre and the Verona Trade Fair - make sure you book it if you want to use it.

Very close to the airport - a good base to visit Verona, Lake Garda and the surrounds.
