Bella camera con 2 letti matrimoniali per cui abbiamo dormito con i figli che fino a 16 anni non pagano

La navetta per l'aereoporto è evidentemente troppo piccola per accogliere tutti i clienti, c'erano solo 2 posti e noi eravamo 4. Inoltre gli orari così poco frequenti ci hanno costretto a prendere un taxi.

Notre lavabo étaient bouché et n'a pas été débouché malgré nos réclamations ( nous sommes restés 1 nuit seulement)

Wifi should be free. Seven euros for one day is ridiculous. Better information about the shuttle bus timetables are needed. I walked back and forth at the airport trying to find out where the shuttle bus leaves and when. (Turned out there's a long break during the day).

The service in the restaurant was very poor. Our waitress was rude and we had to wait along time to get our bill. It seemed like all the other patrons were having the same problem.

Unfortunately we could not use the reservation, by the illness of my wife, who could not travel. We have communicated this hotel. m.vr.gr.

The shuttle was busy and prompt, going to and from Malpensa. Not occasional as some of the older posts say. You can get a taxi for 15 euros as well. Dont think about splitting one ( unless you are all going to the same terminal and let the driver assume you are family) Otherwise it is 15 euro per person/family. Breakfast was worth the value, hot eggs and meat, good cereal and yogurt and coffee. they will have a to go bag if you come down rushing to the shuttle. Its premade and has an apple and water and such in it ( not the hot food, etc ).

Other posts are accurate, but it is worth the small price to stay over for the airport. The air conditioning seems to be a bad design. A main pipe delivers and the rooms sub pipe gives air, but not regulated well or with any real push, and appears not working. People are all transistioning at this hotel and there are many folks in bad stages of travel and some grumpy. You will get driven in and out, a resonable room and a hot breakfast for your $100-120 ( we had 4 in the room and was very good value in that way ) and it should not be considered a valued part of your travel or vacation anyway. Met a number of good traveling folks for stories of back home, backhome everywhere.

The shuttle driver was very rude. The staff should have sent more than one shuttle. We called from airport and when he arrived there was not enough room.
