The ability to have lunch when we arrived was excellent and the service from the bar was first rate. Lunch was delicious, thank you.
The pick up services were good from Terminal 1, although we did have to wait longer than the Hotel told us for the pickup time. This was not the case the first time we stayed there.

The staff were particularly helpful even to the extent of looking up train times for us and making sure that we were able to fit everything in during our short stay. The shuttle service to the airport is great. We have booked to return there at the end of our stay in Europe and would recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Malpensa Milan
