Crowne Plaza Malpensa Airport, an IHG Hotel

The staff were friendly; a quiet location and both clean and comfortable. It met our requirements well as our stay was a one night stop-over.

1. The outside of the hotel was "tired" and needs a facelift. 2. We would have appreciated a more frequent shuttle as we had to wait for a full hour. 3. The buffet dinners was positively wired and I suspect very wasteful. There was a wide selection but all cold and when I asked about heating it they suggested microwaving. Microwaving cold French fries? Sorry but the presentation was most unappealing and by the time we finished dinner not one person had selected the buffet. If that continued the waste of food must have been monumental!!!!!

Convenience, all I really cared about. It was clean and perfectly fine overall.

I asked the staff lady when I checked in if there was somewhere I could go for lunch and she replied I could probably get room service from the bar. I was jetlagged and tired so I took her at her word, only to find out later that there was a major restaurant in the lobby with a full menu (vs. skimpy room service menu, which I ordered from) - now why didn't she know that and mention it??? The air conditioning didn't work so well and since my room was facing the sun, it got quite hot. Personally, I found the decor very dark and depressing. Suggest lighting it up quite a bit. Also, you have space in the back - why not add a pool too?

Our room was really clean which so important, stylish and comfortable.

No, we enjoyed everything.

Hotellet var bra i forhold til de fleste punktene ovebfor.

Shuttlebusordningen fungerte ikke bra ved ankomst.ingen transport,måtte vente i over en time. Da de endelig kom,var det med en liten buss,så flere av oss måtte stå igjen til neste tur som tok nok en evighet. Prøvde å ta vanlig drosje,men de nektet å kjøre,sannsynligvis var turen for kort i forhold til at de hadde ventet,ville nok ha tur inn til byen. Men god service da vi endelig kom til hotellet,fikk oppgradering.
