We arrived in the Sneem Hotel on Dec 27th, after an extremely cold spell, pipes had frozen etc. Our room was very cold, but every effort was made to make it comfortable. Louis (prop)actually went to buy the only remaining electric blanket in town! Top marks. Dinner was superb. I would most certainly recommend it.
As I said, it was very cold when we arrived, but it was very soon and very graciously, remedied.

The quality of the Evening meal was particularly good. The price of the main course was very good value with many excellent main courses at under €20.
We had no negative comments.

Staff were very friendly, loctaion was very close to Sneem. Breakfast was good. I was only there for a short stay as arrived late and was gone the next morning

The Free Upgrade to the best room in the place! Amazing!!! The champaign on arrival and the beautiful presentation of the room. We really liked the privacy afforded to customers and the friendly service of the staff. It really felt like home while staying there... except a lot better than home!!

Staff were lovely, pub food very good, rooms clean, spacious and with a great view.
It is a very modern hotel and in that way great but it feels quite clinical and could stand a few more "homely" touches.

I found the staff friendly, helpful and most courteous. They made our stay a memorable one. The location was beautifully situated and great value for money. The room was comfortable, bright and airy and very clean.

This is without doubt a hotel with the highest standard of cleaniness and service that I have stayed in not only in Ireland but in the UK / other EU countries.I have absoluetly nothing negative to say about the hotel and will have no reservations in recomending this hotel to family, friends and colleagues.

Excellent Service and friendly staff. Top quality hotel in a beautiful location.
