The weather cold but dry.
First off all when arrive the room we recive very far from reception we where put away out on our owen.Then we discover no heat and will not be turn until 6,oclock this being 4.20pm Anyway the got us a heater ,the safe did not work, the shower wouldn,t work.After a period of hour everthing started to go so we settle down and made the best of it.

Not a whole lot really!
When we checked in with the girl on reception we didn't even get an 'Hello' from her just kept her head down and handed us the room cards. A bit of personality goes a long way. The bar was full of travellers, they had no malibu, west coast cooler or straws in the bar either. Our double bed was made up of 2 single beds. Also the hotel is advertised as walking distance from the town which was one of the main reasons I booked it but it turned out it was a 25 minute walk and advised to get a taxi!

My room coud have done with being vacumed but I overlooked this and did not complain as it was late when we arrived and I had a young baby to settle to bed. The hotel was difficult to find off the main road, u could do with some signs off the main slogo to lifford road. Otherwise had a lovely stay thank u! Ann

The food was excellent. The dining-room staff were friendly and efficient.
While the exterior of the building was very impressive,it was rather characterless inside. There was a shabbiness about the entrance and many items of litter were visible. The public toilets were dirty and the paper-bin overflowing.

Brilliant, The Best value for money that I have found in Ireland for along time. Would recommend the hotel to anyone that would care to listen.The Kudos restuarant was exceptional.I will definately return to this hotel.
