The Windsor Hotel

My family members and I arrived approximately 1100 pm. Upon checking in we were asked for my itinerary, since my printer at home was not working I told the person I did not have the printout, that I had my I.D. (We all know the 1st impression is a lasting one)thw person said "Well I should'nt give you a room now should I?" If it wasn't 1100 pm I would have took my 7 days worth of hotel money somewhere else. So I grinned and beared it and continued to check in. Fortunately the rest of the staff was friendly for the duration of our stay. The room was plain but clean, with an ity bity TV. The ammenities were less than 4 star material...Not one piece of gym equipment worked. The pool was finely heated but the jacuzzi did not work and it was cold. The breakfast provided was fine as we were in and out pretty quick ready to explore the area. In closing I feel like I did not get what I paid for and the hotel was not 4 star, more like 3. But the room was clean and the staff with exception of the 1st person we interacted with were very nice. Thank you

Comfortable,value for money.Not 4star as advertised

Daytime staff were absolutely fabulous and ever so helpful. Nightime staff had no idea how to treat customers neither work computer system don't ask them for anything. Also be very careful as we were told the Credit Card Machine did not work and had to pay by cash. When told they would need to deduct my fees for withdrawing cash against my card there machine miracously worked! BE AWARE!! Restaruant staff were absolutely fabulous and extremely friendly. Ups and downs at this hotel.
