Friendly Staff.

You mentioned that you have wireless in the room, but I had to go to the information desk to use my I pad.

Location, room

The internet was not working in my room. I had to go to the reception area to get my email.

The staff are very friendly and the food is very good with the evening menu being changed daily

The hotel needs modernising and is not worthy of 4 stars.The public areas are small and cosy but not when they are overtaken by a group like Saga.Their reps used the cafeteria for their planning meetings on a daily basis giving the place an air of an office which is where they should have been.They also took over the public bar one evening!!!!!!

Rest in the room despite near the shipyard and the church.

I has gotten no room for my hotel bill from the mission statement for my company because I have posted on your agency. The bill I get from you I was told. Is that so??

To hotels, mini lobby is "Rome" and being told we have to be exiled to the side of the "apartment", the result is a residential building, to carry the luggage on the three-story staircase, the corridor looks like a foreign war spy thriller where spies are usually hiding place. The room is a duplex houses converted room, a bedroom area, downstairs is a small living room (with sofa bed) and upstairs is the one can only put down a double bedroom. The feeling is linked to trickery to lure people booking, hotel pictures and then use the modified residential delivery, the price of $ 115 Europe unworthy of the name.

The room service was second in the Night no sandwiches available. With respect to foreigners, the TV program is extremely focused on the Italian side.

Relaxed pleasant atmosphere.

The Hotel was clean though there seemed to have been an unpleasant smell on the Sunday morning by the lift in reception. Could do with the TVs in the room being well serviced.

I liked that it was right across the street from the Sea.

Coffee shop

Very friendly and service minded staff. Stunning ocean view. Inexpensive fine dinner buffet, generous breakfasts.

TV: 1) Only one English speaking channel 2) Old TV, bad picture.
