The staff was excellent. they parked the car for us and were always very friendly and accommodating.
The bed had some kind of ticking that felt like staples. the pillows were odd--like sofa cushions. since mostly all we did at the hotel was sleep, these were important. also, the tv was difficult to navigate

The hotel is beautifully situated and the staff are friendly and gave us useful tips for trips, ect .... The buffet breakfast was very good and on Easter Sunday there was a Prosecco breakfast with various delicacies.
