Nice hotel, on edge of city center, within walking distance. Clean Room on 5th floor, no burden of stadsverkeerlwaai.

Good location of the hotel.

Location, no noise during the night (This may be a coincidence as there were road repairs, so no work was being done overnight). The room was quite spacey. The service was efficient.
Very limited proficiency in English! However, this feature seems to be typical of other hotels in Spain as well.

The hotel was not even close to the standards I expect from a four star hotel. My rating would have been two stars. Either the hotel's rating should be dropped to match reality or the hotel should be completely renovated.

The reseptionist on arrival was unfriendly, a much nicer person was at the desk on departure. The TV in the room did not work at all. The breakfast was more expensive than indicated in printed material and not worth the price. The garage was a disgrace. It was a miracle we got out without damage to the car.
