Good hotel if you have a car (my case). A little out of the way (just outside of Milan city limits) if you don't. The situation changes if you don't mind a 15 minute walk (or short bus ride) to the Metro station and then taking the metro to the city-center. I booked the hotel because it was what I wanted (I had a car and know Milan well). The hotel is very clean, comfrotable and very modern. For the first-time visitor to Milan though (i.e. if you're not sure what you want) you may be better off booking something nearer to the city center. On the other hand, if you are going to spend a lot of time at or near the hotel, the surrounding area has a lake, a few restaurants and is very green and pleasant. It's actually an upper-class suburb of Milan, developed by none-other than Silvio Berlusconi himself while he was making his fortune, before becoming prime-minister of Italy.
