I generally do not respond to comment forms. This was a one night stay and was exceptionally good value for an airport hotel. Very well managed, with a most welcoming and helpful approach to guests. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful, particularly with the patience towards guests struggling with language translation, mine included. in stark contrast to the superficial attitude of hotel management in many other countries.
Dinner and breakfast both delicious. This was unexpected in my experience of a range of hotels worldwide and consequently made it more enjoyable.
Insufficient English language TV channels or dedicated flight information channels.

We were extremely pleased with the shuttle service to and from the airport in with an additional trip to and from airport which enabled us to take bus into Milan. All of the staff were professional and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and exceeded our expectations. We appreciated the generous breakfast before our travels.

The hotel was in an industrial area and there was nowhere to go in the evening.
