Lovely hotel. would stay again. good location. reception staff were so helpfull.
Bar prices were a bit expensive. bar staff were not the cheeriest!!

Friendly staff, perfect spoken English and willing to help me with my onward journey
I wanted to have a massage in the morning and this was one of the reasons I had picked the hotel. When I enquired on my arrival I was told that this service was only available in the afternoon and I was checking out at midday.

The hotel is nice, staff whwer polite and i could say only if there was not one problem which i write on the next paragraph.
Late at night when we we want to shower we noticed that the water in the toilet dont go down and it was not possible to wash ourself. It was late so we did nothing and in the morning while living we told it to the office so that the problem will be solved for new comers.

Location is rather far, perhaps a more frequent shuttle service would make this more acceptable

Very comfortable rooms, decorated to a high standard. Excellent food & all round service. I would definately stay again if travelling to Berlin Schoenfeld.
