Nothing.
That the hotel was closed. We had this hotel booked through your site. By taxi from Dalaman airport to Dalaman Park Hotel altos bring. Close. No alternative. With taxi drove around to another place. So very poorly regulated.

I like the free shuttle service to the airport and back at every 30 minutes. It is really convenient! And the driver is also most helpful with my luggages and with directions on how to get to places. I loved the heated floor in the toilet which is really wonderful to step into after a long day's walk. I've never ever experienced anything like it!
The first impression I had about the hotel upon checking-in was really bad because of the unfriendly receptionist at the front desk. She was not helpful at all and cut me off while I was still talking to attend to some European clients who just arrived. I immediately felt small and insignificant and because I'm Asian?

Only positive, friendly receptionists, beautiful and well kept hotel and a good atmosphere. We had 1 night to the next day at Schiphol Airport to leave for Miami. Slept and rested our journey began. Fine for parking our car for a week parking. Shuttle was fine, clean and friendly driver in time. Very satisfied, next time!

The entire stay and the possibility of long term parking. The cleanliness of a beautiful ambbiance despite being so big.
