The size of the room and bathroom was great. It's proximity to the Keukenhof Gardens, Leiden, and Amsterdam was great.
The staff was helpful at times and not helpful at other times. I found the customer service to be variable at best. I left a shirt in the room and they were unwilling to mail to me in the US even though I was willing to pay the postage.
