Great position 2 minutes from the A10 at Saran. Good staff, but they don't have much to work with - room was tiny, very tired and not especially clean. I arrived at midnight on a chilly early March night, the room was cold and the (single) heater in the room didn't work. Only paid but E55 including breakfast, but still a lot for a restless night in a cold box.
The room, the level of cleanliness, the lack of comfort, the temperature. As I said, E55 is till a lot of money for a restless night in a cold box. Dracula I am not.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Were not able to buy an alcoholic drink when we arrived late afternoon. apparently they can't serve them until restaurant opens at 7 pm. It would have been good to be able to have a drink before dinner following a long drive. The decoration of the rooms is looking very tired an in need of some attention. Bathroom and in poor condition. Toilet seat cracked and unhygenic, cystern dripped all night which was very annoying. very poor shower head.

Wifi,
no lifts or stairs,
resto handy and food good value,
breakfast choice was very good.
We couldnt secure the window open for the night and being on the ground floor, this meant we had to keep it closed. Etaphotel have a method of securing open windows. It might be worth investigating.
It wouldnt stop us using Kyriad again.
We liked it better that Etaphotel, although of course it was more expensive.

We liked the two members of the staff we dalt with - they went out of their way to be helpful and their use of english language made things so much easier.
The dinner we had was very good and well presented.
We would have liked a bit more space in room
