The staff were very helpful, especially when we were likely to be stranded because of the volcanic ash cloud. It was good to have English TV channels and internet access via their PCs.

A party of school children were staying on the floor above us - they were very noisy on two nights for a considerable amount of time. Breakfast was not a good as we had expected.
