Номера очень комфортные . Есть вся посуда , как дома. Близость отеля к океану . Пляжа нет , но если приобрести специальную обувь , то купаться можно с камней.Вода прозрачная как слеза. На пляжах Лас Америкаса вода мутная ,с песком.

Во время нашего проживания, в отеле шел ремонт ,о чем нигде не сообщалось. Уборка за 12 ночей была 3 раза и зачем то в последний день третий раз. Полотенца поменяли два раза. Один раз постель.

A legapróbb részletekre is odafigyelnek a magas színvonalú szolgáltatás nyújtása mellett. Az apartman szobái nem csak kényelmesek, tiszták, de emellett tágasak is. A konyha szokatlan módón nagyon jól felszerelt. Ezek pedig mind hozzá segítenek ahhoz, hogy otthon érezhessük magunkat a szállodában is. Az ár-érték arány nagyon kedvező, az alacsony ár ellenére "keleti kényelemmel" kényeztetik a vendégeket. Akikkel kapcsolatba kerültünk a szálloda alkalmazottjai közül, mind nagyon készségesek és kedvesek voltak. Alig várjuk, hogy visszatérhessük erre a nagyszerű helyre.

Legnagyobb igyekezetünk ellenére sem találtunk kifogásolni valót.

The Staff were excellent, helpful, resourceful and eager to go the extra mile to exceed expectation

Would have loved free internet services but made to understand that policy has just recently changed.

Beautifully decorated hotel with polite staff, accommodation on the coast, just beautiful.

Problems with Wi-Fi.

-The restaurant (above) has progressed enormously

1) I did this a few years ago, already reported, but apparently it is a persistent problem: the lower terraces and apartments in the east of the complex enjoy governed by a terrible sewage smell: this may be a difficult problem, it is actually unacceptable: the morning on your terrace a breakfast is served in conjunction with the smell of a sewer is not a quality vacation worthy. 2) our apartment V11 was in this sector: an additional problem possibly related to Note 1: The choked the mosquitoes alone, hung at the entrance door there is always a whole flock.
