BlueBay Beach Club Aparthotel

Having eventually received what we booked, two x one bed apartments for 6 adults (after much argument that we did not want a studio which we we given first, we got one of the apartments upgraded to a two bed. The space in the apartments was great. The location on site was great, ie, close to each other and near the pool.

We never had our apartment cleaned in the week. We had gardeners outside our bedroom window at cock crow making noise. We requested extra towels which never arrived. The second apartment had dirty towels removed from the bath where it is customery to leave towels which you want replaced, but they were not replaced. When we rang the second time for clean towels, only small ones arrived. We didn't bother complaining as it seemed useless. Our own apartment was spacious but dirty and dusty. I came to the conclusion, having been told they were fully booked up, that this was untrue and from the amount of people visable around this hotel, it was far from fully booked and used this to charge exorbitant prices. It had no on site facilities like a proper lounge, restaurant or comfortable foyer areas. The only restaurant was beside the pool as was the bar!

Nice apartments and very nice terrace. Good facilities around the pool and gardens. The buffet breakfast is in order.

The food in the restaurant has not quite high standard, and the bill said several times not to what we had ordered.
