Main reason for choosing Hotel Bernina 1865: Rate
Staff was trying hard to accommodate all wishes of guests, very friendly. On the other hand, both the hotel interior, facilities and staff have teething problems - room seemed a bit unfinished without a coffee table and at least one armchair, cleaning people kept forgetting bits and pieces to resupply or clean, information about services not complete. However, overall very positive and enjoyable stay.
