Main reason for choosing Kyriad Chateauroux - Saint Maur: Rate
Room was clean, comfortable and a good price, everything we associate with Campanile on basis of previous visits.
The restaurant was a disappointment. We previously enjoyed Campanile restaurants, this seemed very formula, same menu as hotel from previous night and expensive. LaRestaurant idea didn't seem to be positive move from our perspective.

We stayed twice at this hotel, as an overnight stop both to and from our holiday in the Pyrennes. Everything on the way down was fine, certainly given the price we paid. On the way back the air con unit in our room was faulty, only the fan would work, it wouldn't actually cool the air. This during a heatwave with late evening temperatures close to 40 degrees. Reported fault to duty manager who came to look, shrugged his shoulders, said hotel was full so had no other rooms and walked off. We managed about two hours sleep just as we should have been getting ready to leave.

Easy book in since we'd pre-booked - just showed them the printout. Lots of telly channels; liked the hip-bath (very french) not just a shower like many hotels.

Hotel easy to find. Breakfast choice was very good.
Room was not very clean, There was mould in the shower/bathroom. Electronic room key packed up and my wife was made to feel it was her fault. Restaurant food was overpriced for the quality which in general was below average. We were kept waiting for our food for a long time with no explanation.
